I believe deeply in the impact of research-driven and equity-based techniques and practices and I aim to investigate these through the process of inquiry cycles, data analysis sessions, reflection and instructional action planning. I offer a range of services in addition to PD facilitation including collaborative planning, co-teaching, lesson demonstrations, and observation and feedback.
